Appointments – Deposits, Changes, and Cancellations
Deposit
When you book a treatment with me, I require a deposit. This amount will be deducted from the total price of the treatment(s).
I respect both your time and mine, and I want to give you the attention and space needed to achieve the best possible results. The remaining amount is paid in the salon after the treatment.
Changes and Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the treatment. This policy applies to all treatments.
Touch-Up Sessions After Your First Powderbrow Treatment
Immediately after your first powderbrow treatment, we will schedule a touch-up session. This session is performed between 6 and 10 weeks after the initial appointment, depending on your skin condition. This is the ideal time for perfecting the brows and ensuring optimal pigment retention.
After 10 weeks, the option for a first touch-up expires, as the pigment may have faded too much — requiring more time and effort to achieve the desired result. In that case, the client must book the “touch-up session within 1 year” option.
Pigment Information
REACH is a European regulation concerning the production and trade of chemical substances. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals. It outlines what companies and authorities must comply with.
The REACH regulation (link) includes procedures for gathering and assessing information about the properties and risks of substances.
Companies are required to register their substances and to collaborate with others registering the same materials.
We use pigments from Perma Blend Luxe. These pigments fully comply with REACH regulations and are specifically developed for the European market. For more information, please visit www.permablend.com
Clients who book a powderbrow treatment will also receive an ink passport containing detailed pigment information used during their treatment.
